Sales Representative - Business Solutions

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales & Client Acquisition:

   • Conduct door-to-door sales to small businesses, presenting The RedHead Solutions' prepackaged accounting services.

   • Clearly communicate the features and benefits of our service packages to potential clients.

   • Close sales efficiently without the need to tailor or customize solutions.

2. Follow-Up & Client Retention:

   • Provide timely follow-up to leads and existing clients to ensure satisfaction with services.

   • Address client inquiries and concerns to maintain strong client relationships.

   • Ensure smooth onboarding for new clients.

3. Upselling & Account Expansion:

   • Identify opportunities to upsell additional prepackaged services to existing clients.

   • Present upgrades or complementary packages to maximize client value and satisfaction.

4. Reporting & Strategy:

   • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and deal status.

   • Provide regular updates to the sales manager on progress and performance.

5. Market Presence:

   • Represent The RedHead Solutions professionally in the community to enhance brand visibility.

   • Attend networking events and business expos as needed to generate leads.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in door-to-door or business-to-business environments.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Ability to confidently close deals using pre-defined service offerings.

• Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

• Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently.

• Familiarity with accounting or financial services is a plus but not required.

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for local travel.
