What You’ll Do

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, contractors, and partners
• Identify new business opportunities and actively contribute to sales growth
• Prepare accurate project estimates and clearly communicate details to clients
• Manage projects from initial consultation through completion
• Follow up on proposals and ensure a seamless customer experience
• Monitor customer satisfaction and uphold high service standards
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver successful outcomes

What We’re Looking For

• At least 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field (preferred)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage goals and priorities effectively
• Comfortable working a flexible schedule, including weekends
• A team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach
