Premier Workforce is seeking an energetic and motivated Business Development Representative to help grow our dental staffing division throughout Indiana.This position is ideal for a recent college graduate or an individual looking to start a career in sales, recruiting, account management, or healthcare staffing.Responsibilities
Visit dental offices and dental clinics throughout your assigned territory
Introduce Premier Workforce's staffing and recruiting services
Build relationships with dentists, office managers, practice administrators, and hiring managers
Identify current and upcoming hiring needs
Discuss staffing solutions for Dentists, Dental Hygienists, Dental Assistants, Front Desk, Billing, and Office Management positions
Schedule meetings and presentations with decision makers
Maintain records of customer visits and sales activities
Follow up with prospective clients and existing accounts
Represent Premier Workforce at dental meetings, networking events, and industry functions
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree preferred (recent graduates encouraged to apply)
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Comfortable meeting new people and visiting customer locations
Self-motivated and organized
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
