Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in B2B tech sales, preferably in SaaS, Cloud, Microsoft ecosystem, or IT services.
  • Proven track record of achieving 100% or more of sales quota for at least two consecutive quarters.
  • Demonstrated ability to independently source, develop, and close new business opportunities (hunter profile).
  • Successfully closed $420K+ in new B2B revenue within a year, or equivalent proportional performance in contract-based roles.
  • Consistently generate 12–14+ qualified meetings per month through proactive sales efforts.
  • Create 2–3 new business opportunities per week through cold outreach activities.
  • Experience in closing mid-market and enterprise-level deals ranging from $25K–$50K+.
  • Hands-on experience selling SaaS, Cloud, Microsoft solutions, or IT services.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with a neutral or US-facing accent.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business opportunities through cold outreach, including calls, emails, and LinkedIn engagement within the US market.
  • Identify, qualify, and convert prospects into revenue-generating clients.
  • Build, maintain, and manage a strong and consistent sales pipeline using CRM tools.
  • Conduct discovery calls, product demos, and solution presentations for prospective clients.
  • Close deals effectively while consistently meeting or exceeding assigned revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with delivery and marketing teams to ensure a smooth client onboarding experience.
  • Maintain accurate sales reporting, forecasting, and activity tracking.
