About The Role We are looking for a Sales Solutions Manager to join our Client Solutions Team for the North America region. This role will play a key part in developing strategic, scaled programs that connect TikTok's advertising products with clients' business objectives.

The Sales Solutions Team collaborates with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders on strategic initiatives to scale and operationalize sales solutions in North America. This individual will join a team of Sales Solutions Managers as an individual contributor to driving operational programs at scale for the Client Solutions organization. You will leverage your technical, organizational, program management, and transformation expertise to understand business and strategic goals, translate them into an executable plan, and drive implementation for long term success.

Success in this role requires strategic thinking, the ability to operate at scale and iterate, cross-functional collaboration, very strong organizational skills, and the ability to drive firm accountability with organizational leaders.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Program Management
• Collaborate with operational leaders to ensure smooth project execution, drive stakeholder communication/alignment, govern project timeline and ownership.
• Formulate and implement short and long term action plans in collaboration with cross-functional teams to identify accountability areas and gain buy-in.
• Take lead on program management responsibilities including (but not limited to) hosting stakeholder meetings, managing deliverables, measuring progress, and streamlining communication.
• Analytical Insights
• Partner with cross-functional teams to conduct root cause analysis of revenue challenges.
• Establish operational rigor for executive-facing insights to drive business decisions with advertisers.
• Product Solution Scaling
• Organize feedback loops and align with stakeholders on prioritization.
• Develop and scale program solution prototypes across North America Sales. Minimum Qualification(s):
• Bachelor s degree or above
• 6+ years in a digital marketing company, with proven experience in strategic program management and understanding of the advertising and technology landscape
• Excellent communication skills and solution-driven mindset, with demonstrated experience partnering with Sales, leadership, and Product to drive key initiatives
• Ability to understand complex problems and creatively problem-solve challenges. This role will require the ability to constantly learn new products and identify/apply applications at scale
• Analytical expertise with demonstrated experience in executive presentation/story-telling
• Excellent English written (clear document writing, presentation making) and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualification(s):

• Experience operating project management at a scaled support model
• Ability to measure progress, analyze results and iterate programs and initiatives
• Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple teams and stakeholders; excellent relationship building, collaboration, negotiation and influence skills to drive joint initiatives
