We are seeking a driven Sales Leader to build, manage, and scale a high-performing sales team. This role is responsible for creating a repeatable sales process, coaching sales professionals, and driving predictable revenue growth. This is a full-time position. Typical work hours are Monday through Friday, with flexibility required based on sales activity.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Leadership: Lead, coach, and manage the sales team to hit revenue targets. Conduct regular training, role-play, and performance reviews. Recruit, onboard, and develop top sales talent.
Sales Process and Performance: Build and enforce a structured sales process. Train on scripts, objection handling, and closing strategies. Track conversion rates, close rates, and pipeline performance. Forecast sales performance and report results to leadership.
Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with marketing and operations to ensure alignment. Provide feedback on lead quality and customer insights.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
5+ years of sales experience with at least 2 years in leadership.
Proven track record of building and leading sales teams.
Strong communication and coaching skills.
Experience in home services, construction, or roofing preferred.
