Position Overview:
Deliver engaging instruction and maintain continuity of learning by following lesson plans and supporting student achievement in assigned classrooms.
Foster a positive, inclusive learning environment through effective classroom management and meaningful student engagement.
Adapt instruction to meet the diverse academic and behavioral needs of students while maintaining a productive classroom environment.
Collaborate with school staff to support student progress and ensure a smooth continuation of classroom routines.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree
Valid Tennessee Teaching License or Substitute Teaching License preferred
2+ years of classroom teaching experience preferred, with experience in urban or charter school settings a plus
