As a Scratch Cook at Elim Shores, you'll prepare high-quality meals from scratch and help maintain a clean, safe kitchen environment. The ideal candidate has prior scratch cooking experience, enjoys working as part of a team, and takes pride in creating exceptional dining experiences. Experience in senior living, corporate dining, or country clubs is preferred, and ServSafe certification is a plus. Position Type: Full-Time 

Shifts Available:
Friday - Monday 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM (including some holidays)

Wage Range:  $19.40 - $23.65 /hour dependent on experience

Location:  7900 Timber Lake Dr, Eden Prairie, MN 55347

Scratch Cook Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional service to residents by leading and motivating team members to provide fast, friendly and excellent customer service to all guests.
• Prepare and cook all meals to ensure adherence to recipes and quality standards. This will also include feature/specials and grill service. (Typically by scratch)
• Inspect kitchen for conformance to government and company safety and sanitation requirements.
• Review planned meals and take note of special diet requests.
• Observe and report on low stock or high-demand choices.
• Participate in meetings and required training to maintain regulatory standards of food service at the community.
• Perform additional tasks as required.

• Prior experience in scratch cooking required.
• Prior Corporate Dining, Senior Living, or Country Club experience preferred.
• ServSafe Certification preferred.
