We are seeking an experienced Senior Scrum Master to lead and coach multiple Agile teams within a banking and financial services environment. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies, team facilitation, stakeholder management, and delivery coordination while working in a regulated financial services environment.

The Scrum Master will be responsible for enabling high-performing, self-organizing teams, facilitating Agile ceremonies, removing delivery impediments, improving team processes, and ensuring successful delivery of business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coach multiple Scrum teams in Agile and Scrum practices.
• Facilitate key Agile ceremonies including:
  • Sprint Planning
  • Daily Standups
  • Backlog Refinement
  • Sprint Reviews
  • Sprint Retrospectives
• Foster self-organizing, collaborative teams focused on delivering measurable business outcomes.
• Partner with Product Owners to support backlog management, prioritization, and Sprint goal alignment.
• Identify, track, escalate, and help remove impediments impacting team delivery.
• Promote Agile best practices and continuous improvement across teams.
• Coordinate dependencies, risks, and collaboration across multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Monitor Scrum processes and optimize team effectiveness while minimizing external disruptions.
• Support Agile project planning, release readiness, and delivery transparency.
• Facilitate communication between business, product, technology, and operations teams.
• Drive adoption of Agile methodologies within regulated financial environments.
• Coach teams on Agile maturity, accountability, and delivery excellence.

Required Qualifications:

• 8 10 years of experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Experience as a Scrum Master supporting multiple Agile teams.
• Active certification such as:
  • Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)
  • Professional Scrum Master (PSM)
  • SAFe Scrum Master
• Strong experience working in commercial banking, treasury management, payments, ACH, Positive Pay, or financial services domains.
• Experience working in regulated environments with compliance and governance requirements.
• Proven experience coordinating delivery across multiple teams and business stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks, Scrum ceremonies, and Agile delivery practices.
• Excellent facilitation, communication, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Agile transformation initiatives.
• Experience coaching teams toward higher Agile maturity.
• Experience working with financial technology platforms.
• Strong understanding of banking operations, payments, and treasury workflows.
• Ability to obtain stakeholder commitment and drive alignment across teams.
