Location: Greater Minneapolis Area
Pay Rate: Starting at $19.00/hour
Schedule: Multiple shifts available (day, evening, overnight). Shift assignment provided upon hire.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Maintain a professional and visible security presence at assigned locations
• Conduct routine patrols to identify safety concerns or unusual activity
• Help prevent unauthorized access and support site security procedures
• Respond quickly and professionally to incidents, emergencies, or disturbances
• Provide excellent customer service and assist visitors, employees, and tenants as needed
• Complete accurate daily activity logs and incident reports
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, clients, and fellow team members

What We’re Looking For

• Must meet Minnesota requirements to work as an Unarmed Security Officer
• Strong observation skills and attention to detail
• Professional communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to stay calm and make sound decisions in fast-paced situations
• Reliable, punctual, and dependable work ethic
• Previous security, military, or customer service experience is a plus — but not required
