Description

* Lead self-perform construction activities on large-scale projects, with an immediate focus on data center work in the Columbus market.

* Coordinate field crews, safety initiatives, schedules, and daily operations to keep work progressing efficiently.

* Work closely with project teams to plan self-perform scopes, manpower needs, and sequencing strategies.

* Mentor craft professionals and field staff while maintaining a strong safety-first culture.

* Drive quality, productivity, and execution across concrete, carpentry, and related self-perform scopes.

Profile

A successful Superintendent should have:

* Background in carpentry, concrete, or self-perform construction operations.

* Experience leading field crews and coordinating self-perform work on commercial or industrial projects.

* Team-first leadership style with a focus on coaching, mentoring, and safety.

* Long-term commitment to the Columbus market with no desire for extensive travel.

* Construction Management or Engineering degree, plus data center, healthcare, education, or industrial experience, is beneficial but not required.

Job Offer

Salary: Up to $160,000+ base salary, with flexibility for the right candidate.

* 5 weeks PTO, project bonuses, discretionary bonuses, and vehicle allowance or company vehicle depending on experience.
