Data Center Megaprojects Without Travel

Lead self-perform construction activities on large-scale projects, with an immediate focus on data center work in the Columbus market. Coordinate field crews, safety initiatives, schedules, and daily operations to keep work progressing efficiently. Work closely with project teams to plan self-perform scopes, manpower needs, and sequencing strategies. Mentor craft professionals and field staff while maintaining a strong safety-first culture. Drive quality, productivity, and execution across concrete, carpentry, and related self-perform scopes.

A successful Superintendent should have: background in carpentry, concrete, or self-perform construction operations. Experience leading field crews and coordinating self-perform work on commercial or industrial projects. Team-first leadership style with a focus on coaching, mentoring, and safety. Long-term commitment to the Columbus market with no desire for extensive travel. Construction Management or Engineering degree, plus data center, healthcare, education, or industrial experience, is beneficial but not required.

Salary: Up to $160,000+ base salary, with flexibility for the right candidate. 5 weeks PTO, project bonuses, discretionary bonuses, and vehicle allowance or company vehicle depending on experience. No travel requirements, strong field support, and the ability to build a long-term career within the Columbus operation.
