SENIOR ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE (Permanent)
Our client, an established global technology organization, is looking to hire a Senior Account Executive to join their growing team.  This is a great opportunity for a driven sales professional that provides career advancement potential.


Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily account management responsibilities to expand portfolio, drive sales, and increase business for the organization
  • Manage a portfolio of mid-market and enterprise accounts across North America
  • Develop positive professional relationships with executive team members and decision makers, expanding relationships to increase sales
  • Develop tailored sales strategies in order to achieve & exceed quarterly/annual revenue goals
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell
  • Act as an owner of the product line, performing detailed & enticing presentations/demonstrations targeting each unique business need
  • Manage the sales cycle from initial introduction through close, overseeing each aspect to ensure a positive experience occurs
  • Perform contract/pricing negotiations with customers
  • Collaborate with various internal team members to ensure exceptional client experiences
  • Ensure information is accurately recorded into CRM system, tracking sales activity progress in real time
  • Remain up to date with GRC industry trends, competitors positioning and offerings, and new innovations to the industry in order to remain at the forefront
  • Participate in leadership meetings, communicating progress to upper management team members
  • Work well independently as well as in a team environment
  • Other duties as assigned/as necessary


Details:

  • Position is full-time, direct hire
  • Remote, flexible schedule/environment
  • $110,000 - $125,000 annual base salary plus commissions
  • Comprehensive health and retirement
  • 5+ years of experience in technology sales with proven success closing complex deals
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related
  • Knowledge of Governance, Risk, and Compliance software is preferred
  • Proficient with SalesForce, HubSpot, or similar CRM systems
  • Strong understanding of consultative sales processes
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Strong organization skills, analytical, and time management skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Self-motivated
  • Relocation not available
