SENIOR ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE (Permanent) Our client, an established global technology organization, is looking to hire a Senior Account Executive to join their growing team. This is a great opportunity for a driven sales professional that provides career advancement potential.
Responsibilities:
Perform daily account management responsibilities to expand portfolio, drive sales, and increase business for the organization
Manage a portfolio of mid-market and enterprise accounts across North America
Develop positive professional relationships with executive team members and decision makers, expanding relationships to increase sales
Develop tailored sales strategies in order to achieve & exceed quarterly/annual revenue goals
Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell
Act as an owner of the product line, performing detailed & enticing presentations/demonstrations targeting each unique business need
Manage the sales cycle from initial introduction through close, overseeing each aspect to ensure a positive experience occurs
Perform contract/pricing negotiations with customers
Collaborate with various internal team members to ensure exceptional client experiences
Ensure information is accurately recorded into CRM system, tracking sales activity progress in real time
Remain up to date with GRC industry trends, competitors positioning and offerings, and new innovations to the industry in order to remain at the forefront
Participate in leadership meetings, communicating progress to upper management team members
Work well independently as well as in a team environment
Other duties as assigned/as necessary
Details:
Position is full-time, direct hire
Remote, flexible schedule/environment
$110,000 - $125,000 annual base salary plus commissions
Comprehensive health and retirement
5+ years of experience in technology sales with proven success closing complex deals
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related
Knowledge of Governance, Risk, and Compliance software is preferred
Proficient with SalesForce, HubSpot, or similar CRM systems
Strong understanding of consultative sales processes
Great interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
Strong organization skills, analytical, and time management skills
Meticulous attention to detail
Self-motivated
