This role focuses on building trusted partnerships, ensuring high client satisfaction, and expanding account value through proactive management of books of business, renewals, upselling, and expansion. The ideal candidate has a strong background in account management, understands carrier relationship with TPA, broker, and direct employer sales, which thrives on helping clients achieve long-term success while driving company growth. Exhibits confidence in client facing opportunities.
Location Preferences: This role is open to Remote in Birmingham, A.L., or Hybrid in Minneapolis, M.N.
