This role will focus on client support and material developmentand will partner with group benefit consultants and other insurance professionals to bring individual disability income insurance products and offerings to employees in the mid and large employer sectors.

RESPONSIBILITIESWhat You'll Do / Your ImpactClient Partnership & Service Excellence- Serve as the primary point of contact between client HR teams, insurance carriers, and internal partners
- Establish enrollment timeframes, build pre-enrollment project plans, and manage timelines and deliverables
- Present live virtual webinars and employee engagement sessions
- Schedule and lead recurring client and partner meetings to ensure enrollment progress and alignment
Operational & Compliance Excellence- Develop custom enrollment websites and employee-facing materials
- Ensure accuracy of carrier rate files, enrollment content, and communications
- Provide call center and email support for enrollment-related questions
- Conduct daily reporting on active enrollments and maintain performance metrics
- Perform quality reviews of materials and enrollment data to ensure compliance and accuracy
Growth & Retention- Support marketing outreach efforts, including case study development and partner materials
- Create PowerPoint presentations for finalist reviews, client meetings, and partner demos
- Strengthen long-term client relationships through proactive communication and reliable execution
QUALIFICATIONSWhat You BringRequired- 5+ years of experience in individual disability enrollment and project management
- Active Life & Health insurance license
- Strong understanding of group long-term disability (LTD) plans and provisions
- Experience leading client-facing enrollment activities, including virtual presentations and employee communications
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Adobe tools
- Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
Preferred- Experience supporting mid- to large-group employer enrollments
- Background in benefits communications or enrollment technology platforms
ADDITIONAL INFORMATIONCompensation:Salary range: $100,000 - $110,000 per year
