Senior Accountant
Position: Senior Accountant
Location: Boston, MA (Hybrid)
Salary: $90,000-$110,000 + Profit Sharing

The Senior Accountant's Responsibilities:
- Lead the month-end close and financial reporting process
- Manage project accounting, billing, and revenue recognition
- Oversee payroll, cash management, and banking relationships
- Prepare financial statements and assist with budgeting and forecasting
- Coordinate with external CPA firm during year-end
- Drive process improvements and enhance accounting operations
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Experience in a project-based or professional services environment required
- Deltek VantagePoint experience strongly preferred
- Ability to work independently and own the accounting function
