Position: Senior Accountant
Location: Greater Boston (Hybrid)
Salary: $95,000-$105,000 + Bonus + Equity

The Senior Accountant's Responsibilities:

• 
  
• Support the monthly, quarterly, and year-end close process by preparing journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations
• 
  
• Maintain SOX 404(b) compliance through documentation, internal controls, and collaboration with auditors
• 
  
• Assist with audit requests, flux analyses, and schedules supporting financial reporting and external disclosures
• 
  
• Partner cross-functionally to ensure accurate financial reporting and support special projects
• 
  
• Contribute to process improvements within a dynamic, high-growth biotech environment
• 
  

Qualifications:

• 
  
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• 
  
• 4+ years of accounting experience with strong Excel skills
• 
  
• Experience working with SOX controls and internal/external auditors
• 
  
• Strong understanding of GAAP
• 
  
• Pharmaceutical or biotech industry experience highly preferred
