IFG's client is looking for a Senior Accountant who enjoys rolling up their sleeves, solving complex accounting challenges, and continuously improving the way work gets done. If you're someone who takes ownership, values accuracy, and enjoys partnering with others to drive results, we'd love to meet you.Reporting to the Accounting Manager, you'll play a critical role in our month-end close, financial reporting, revenue accounting, and process improvement initiatives. This is an opportunity to make a real impact while helping build a scalable, best-in-class accounting function.Responsibilities Owning key components of the monthly close process, including preparing journal entries for accruals, revenue, payroll, intercompany activity, prepaids, fixed assets, and allocations.Performing balance sheet reconciliations, researching variances, and maintaining clear supporting documentation.Partnering with the accounting team to deliver a streamlined 5–7 business day month-end close.Preparing and maintaining schedules supporting revenue, payroll, leases, prepaids, capitalized development, and other key balance sheet accounts.Supporting revenue recognition under ASC 606 (and IFRS 15 where applicable) while maintaining contract and revenue data in Sage Intacct.Reconciling billing and invoicing activity across Ruddr, Sage Intacct, and related systems.Recording and reconciling intercompany transactions while supporting multi-entity consolidations and foreign currency accounting.Assisting with accounting and reporting for our international entities.Reviewing accounts payable activity, expense coding, cash applications, recurring accounting schedules, and sales tax compliance.Supporting external audits, tax requests, and internal control compliance.Identifying opportunities to improve processes, automate manual work, and strengthen accounting operations through technology.Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.CPA designation or are actively pursuing your CPA (preferred).4–7+ years of progressive accounting experience, with public accounting experience considered a plus.Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, including practical experience applying ASC 606 revenue recognition guidance.Experience working in professional services, consulting, or multi-entity organizations.Hands-on experience with Sage Intacct (strongly preferred).Advanced Excel skills and exceptional attention to detail.#J-18808-Ljbffr
