We are seeking a Senior Accountant to join our team, responsible for leading key aspects of the month-end close process. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee month-end close activities, including reconciliations and journal entries
- Manage complex accruals and support budgeting alongside the Controller
- Contribute to CAPEX planning and fixed asset accounting
- Ensure audit readiness and maintain SOX compliance
- Oversee inventory accounting, including cycle counts and variance analysis
- Utilize tools like Business Central and Power BI for meaningful financial insights
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 4+ years of relevant experience, manufacturing a plus
- CPA or CMA designation is preferred
- Strong financial analysis skills and understanding of manufacturing accounting and inventory
