Job DescriptionPrepare and maintain accurate financial statements, reports, and general ledger reconciliations. Manage month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and internal controls. Monitor project costs, budgets, and job profitability, providing analysis and recommendations to management. Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and cash flow activities. Reconcile bank accounts and investigate financial discrepancies. Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning initiatives. Support external audits, tax filings, and regulatory reporting requirements. Maintain accurate records of construction contracts, change orders, and project-related expenses. Develop and improve accounting processes to increase efficiency and financial accuracy.
