Pay: $85,000 - $100,000 annually

Key Responsibilities

• 
  
• Prepare and review monthly financial statements, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules.
• 
  
• Manage general ledger activities and support month-end and year-end close processes.
• 
  
• Analyze financial results and provide insights to support operational and strategic decision-making.
• 
  
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, internal controls, and company financial policies.
• 
  
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, audit preparation, and financial reporting activities.
• 
  
• Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and reporting efficiencies.
• 
  

Qualifications

• 
  
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 
  
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including financial reporting and general ledger responsibilities.
• 
  
• Strong understanding of GAAP and accounting best practices.
• 
  
• Experience with ERP systems and advanced Microsoft Excel skills preferred.
• 
  
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• 
  
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively across departments.
• 
  
• CPA certification or progress toward certification is a plus.
•
