Key Responsibilities for the Senior Accountant:

• Manage month-end close, journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial reporting
• Maintain general ledger accuracy and prepare financial statement support schedules
• Reconcile bank accounts and perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations
• Assist with audits, compliance efforts, and GAAP adherence
• Support accounts payable activities and accounting documentation processes
• Prepare ad hoc reporting, analyses, and special projects for management

Qualifications for the Senior Accountant:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience with full-cycle accounting responsibilities
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting principles
• Experience working within ERP systems
• Proven career stability and strong tenure history
• Job costing/manufacturing experience
