Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior Accountant who goes beyond traditional accounting. This role combines strong technical expertise with client advisory, process improvement, and operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate takes ownership, improves processes, and delivers meaningful value-not just completed tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Client Advisory & Relationship Management

  • Primary client contact
  • Provide actionable financial insights
  • Advise on cash flow and profitability

Accounting & Financial Management

  • Full-cycle accounting
  • Month-end close
  • GAAP financial statements

Process Improvement & Efficiency

  • Improve workflows
  • Standardize processes
  • Implement automation

Systems & Tools

  • QuickBooks Online
  • PRISMHR

Team Support

  • Review staff work
  • Provide mentorship

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
  • 5+ years experience
  • GAAP knowledge
  • QuickBooks Online experience
  • Multi-client management

Preferred Qualifications
