Responsibilities are as follows:
Preparation of journal entries
Balance sheet account reconciliations
Monthly financial statement variance analysis
Preparation of work papers for annual audit
Assist with financial statement consolidation process
Respond to inquiries from facilities regarding various financial information
Prepare ADHOC financial reports as requested
Assist CFO with special projects as necessary
Develop new financial reports as necessary
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in accounting from an accredited university
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) Preferred
Minimum of three (3) years previous experience as an accountant
Strong treasury and cash reconciliation experience
Hospital or healthcare experience preferred
Ability to work cross functionally with all levels to perform job duties
Advanced Excel skills including macros, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, SUMIF functions
