What You'll Be Doing

• Support month-end close, account reconciliations, and financial reporting
• 
  
• Analyze project and operational financial results to identify trends and opportunities
• 
  
• Track project costs, budgets, and overall financial performance
• 
  
• Assist with forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning activities
• 
  
• Review contracts, billing, and revenue recognition to ensure accuracy
• 
  
• Prepare financial reports and provide insights to management

• Partner with project teams and operations leaders to support business decisions

• Research variances and help identify solutions to improve financial performance

• Assist with process improvements and reporting enhancements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

• 4-6 years of accounting, project accounting, or finance experience

• Experience with project-based accounting, job costing, billing, or contract accounting is a plus
