Senior Accountant
Location: San Antonio, Texas

YOUR TYPICAL DAY...- Own the accounting function for both U.S. and Mexico operations, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting
- Lead the month-end and year-end close process while delivering meaningful financial insights to leadership
- Partner with operations to improve profitability through cost accounting, manufacturing analysis, and pricing strategies
YOU HAVE...- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, ideally within manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cost accounting
- Advanced Excel skills with the ability to turn data into actionable business insights
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish
- A strategic mindset with the confidence to influence decisions and improve business performance
- A passion for continuous improvement and a desire to grow with an innovative, fast-paced company
