What you’ll be doing

• 
  
• Manage accounting activities for projects from initiation through completion
• 
  
• Oversee billing, receivables, and cost tracking to ensure financial accuracy
• 
  
• Review contracts and project documentation to support financial processes
• 
  
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams on payables and cost management
• 
  
• Support month-end close, forecasting, and cash flow tracking
• 
  
• Partner with project and business teams to monitor profitability and identify risks
• 
  
• Assist in training and supporting junior accounting staff
• 
  

What we’re looking for

• 
  
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field
• 
  
• Approximately 4–6 years of accounting or project-based experience
• 
  
• Experience with cost tracking, billing, or contract-based work is a plus
• 
  
• Interest in mentoring or guiding less experienced team members
• 
  
• Strong Excel skills; experience with ERP systems is helpful but not required
•
