Senior Accountant

Salary: $90,000 - $95,000

Key Responsibilities for the Senior Accountant:

• Lead reconciliation cleanup efforts and perform ongoing monthly account reconciliations
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
• Process multistate payroll for approximately 30 employees
• Assist with month-end close activities and financial reporting support
• Prepare and post journal entries to the general ledger
• Complete ad hoc tasks & projects as requested

Qualifications for the Senior Accountant:

• 5-7 years of accounting experience
• Strong experience with QuickBooks
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Experience with ADP and Expensify is a plus
• No degree required
