The Senior Accounting Manager is responsible for overseeing the company's day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accurate, timely, and GAAP-compliant financial reporting. This role manages the month-end and year-end close processes, account reconciliations, financial reporting, cash flow forecasting, internal controls, and accounting documentation while maintaining compliance with ISO 9001 standards.

This position serves as the technical leader of the accounting function and provides executive leadership with accurate financial information to support operational planning and decision-making. While the Senior Accounting Manager oversees accounting operations and reporting, final financial decisions, banking relationships, financing strategies, and capital allocation remain the responsibility of executive leadership.

Responsibilities:

\n

Financial Accounting & Reporting

\n

Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes, ensuring timely and accurate reporting in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).

\n

Prepare, review, and approve reconciliations for:

\n

Bank accounts

\n

General ledger accounts

\n

Sub-ledgers

\n

Intercompany accounts

\n

Suspense accounts

\n

Maintain the integrity of the general ledger and chart of accounts.

\n

Prepare monthly financial statements, including:

\n

Balance Sheet

\n

Profit & Loss Statement

\n

Cash Flow Statement

\n

Budget vs. Actual Reports

\n

KPI Dashboards

\n

Executive Financial Reports

\n

Analyze financial results and provide variance explanations to executive leadership.

\n

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:

\n

Graduate Degree

\n

CPA a plus

\n

\n

Education:

\n

Bachelors

\n

\n

Experience:

\n

4-7 years

\n

\n

Qualifications:

\n

Undergraduate degree in accounting or finance

\n

5 years experience

\n

Experience in a manufacturing enviroment

\n

High level knowledge of spreadsheets

\n

Ability to lead processes

\n

Experience in presenting finanicals at the executive level

\n
