YOUR TYPICAL DAY...

• Serve as a key business partner to the Controller while leading core accounting operations for the organization.
• Own and lead the monthly close process, financial reporting, reconciliations, and financial analysis
• Provide meaningful financial insights that support executive decision-making across the business
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 2 accounting professionals 

YOU HAVE...

• Expertise in corporate accounting, financial reporting, and month-end close leadership
• 8+ years of progressive accounting or finance experience within manufacturing or a related industry
• Proven experience leading and developing accounting teams
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, general ledger accounting, reconciliations, accruals, and financial statements
• Experience working within ERP environments
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

EXTRA CREDIT!

• Manufacturing industry experience strongly preferred
• CPA and/or MBA
• JD Edwards experience
