Senior Administrative Assistant - Leukemia
The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center is a leading institution focused on cancer care, research, education, and prevention. The Senior Administrative Assistant - Leukemia role supports the Leukemia department, which is dedicated to advancing patient care, research initiatives, academic programs, and departmental operations. The Senior Administrative Assistant - Leukemia provides advanced administrative and secretarial support that helps ensure efficient coordination of departmental activities and resources.
At UT MD Anderson, the Senior Administrative Assistant - Leukemia serves as a key operational partner for department leadership, faculty, staff, trainees, and patients. This position contributes to administrative excellence, supports strategic initiatives, and helps maintain effective communication, financial oversight, and program coordination across the department.
The ideal candidate has strong administrative and organizational experience, excellent written communication skills, and the ability to manage complex projects, budgets, and departmental activities. Preferred qualifications include an Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree, while candidates meeting the required education and experience combinations are also encouraged to apply.
Salary Range (Hourly Equivalent): Minimum $21.88 | Midpoint $27.40 | Maximum $32.93

Work Location: Hybrid Onsite/Remote
