  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, prioritizing requests and determining appropriate next steps.

  • Order office supplies, monitor inventory and equipment, and coordinate service or repair requests.

  • Assist with department budgets, expense reports, expenditures, and accounting-related records.

  • Research complex or non-routine questions and provide solutions based on departmental policies and best practices.

  • Support office operations and help implement process improvements and changes.

  • Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining accuracy, deadlines, and attention to detail.

  • Provide guidance or work direction to lower-level clerical staff when needed.

  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion, integrity, and sound independent judgment.

Required Qualifications

  • 4+ years of administrative support experience preferred.

  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

  • Exceptional organization, prioritization, and time-management abilities.

  • Proven ability to multitask and manage multiple projects from start to finish.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.

  • Professional demeanor and outstanding telephone and business etiquette.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Demonstrated discretion when handling confidential or highly sensitive information.

  • Strong work ethic and commitment to maintaining a positive, professional work environment.

Preferred Qualifications
