Senior Business Development
We are seeking a Senior Business Development role to drive technical sales in North America. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, cultivating strong client relationships, and driving revenue. In addition, this role will lead the global sales team by providing strategic plans and goals, training and guidance, and general best practices to a high functioning, growing, sales group.
Your Skillset
To be successful in this role, you will need:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field. • Technical expertise in ILI inspection processes and technologies or similar technical sales experience. • Proven track record in a startup or entrepreneurial environment, with experience scaling sales efforts. • Proven experience in a senior sales role, ideally within the ILI inspection or related industry. • Strong understanding of the North American market with the ability to strategize on a global scale. • Strong technical understanding of ILI and various technologies. • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills to influence decision-makers. • Ability to work independently and drive results in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. • Self-motivated with a proactive, results-oriented approach. • Proficiency with CRM tools, sales metrics, and analytics. • Willingness to travel extensively throughout North America and globally as required.

Your Job
As a Senior Business Development, you will be responsible for:
• Developing and executing comprehensive global sales strategies that capture and expand market share in North America. • Leading the global sales teams through regular collaboration and strategic meetings. • Identifying and engaging with key accounts, forging lasting relationships to become a trusted partner in the ILI inspection space. • Collaborating closely with technical teams to customize solutions that meet specific client needs across diverse markets. • Conducting in-depth market research and analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and competitive landscapes. • Setting, meeting, and exceeding ambitious sales targets and KPIs. • Delivering exceptional customer service to enhance client retention and satisfaction. • Preparing and leading impactful presentations and product demonstrations to key stakeholders. • Attending industry relevant conferences and potentially presenting technical papers. • Ensuring that all details in the CRM are accurate and up to date at all times, including sales forecasting information. • Analyzing the current and past expense budgets, sales, product deficiencies, and revenues to identify areas of improvement and increase efficiency.
