Location: Boston, MA (hybrid)
Salary Range: $140,000 - $160,000

CFS has partnered with a large financial services company in seeking an experienced Senior Corporate Accounting Manager to lead critical accounting functions. This role will oversee the close process, consolidations, financial reporting, and accounting operations while partnering with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Responsibilities

• 
  
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes for multiple entities.
• 
  
• Review journal entries, reconciliations, variance analyses, and general ledger activity.
• 
  
• Oversee multi-entity consolidations, intercompany eliminations, and financial statement preparation.
• 
  
• Manage accounts payable and payroll operations.
• 
  
• Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP, internal controls, and company policies.
• 
  
• Coordinate internal and external audits.
• 
  
• Maintain the chart of accounts and support process improvements, automation, and systems enhancements.
• 
  
• Mentor accounting staff and partner with FP&A, Tax, Legal, and HR teams on key initiatives.

Qualifications

• 
  
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 
  
• 8+ years of progressive corporate accounting experience.
• 
  
• 3+ years of accounting leadership or supervisory experience.
• 
  
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, financial reporting, and month-end close.
• 
  
• Experience with multi-entity accounting and consolidations.
• 
  
• CPA strongly preferred.
•
