Job Title: Senior Corporate Recruiter

Location: Fountain Valley, CA (100% Onsite)

Duration: Temp to Hire

Schedule: Mon-Fri 8:00-5:00

Pay: $35-$40/hr.

A leading organization in the automotive industry is seeking a Senior Corporate Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruiting and support key employment processes across the business. This role will partner closely with hiring managers to attract top talent, drive hiring initiatives, and ensure a smooth candidate experience from requisition approval through onboarding.

This is an excellent opportunity for a recruiter with both talent acquisition expertise and exposure to broader HR functions.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for exempt and non-exempt positions
• Partner with hiring managers on hiring strategy, candidate selection, and workforce planning
• Source, screen, interview, and present qualified candidates
• Coordinate job postings and recruitment advertising across multiple platforms
• Maintain accurate applicant tracking and recruiting metrics
• Support onboarding and new hire orientation activities
• Coordinate employment-based visa and immigration processes as needed
• Conduct I-9 audits and maintain employment documentation
• Manage recruiting reports, organizational updates, and headcount tracking
• Assist with employee relations inquiries, policy interpretation, and compliance matters
• Support unemployment claims and other employment-related processes
