Compensation $100,000 to $105,000 base plus 10%annual bonus
There is also an additional retirement benefit profit sharing style contribution equal to 12% of your total compensation base and bonus

Responsibilities
Manage, prepare, and review daily reconciliations for derivative securities
Reconcile and process principal and interest payments for derivative securities
Investigate and resolve breaks by communicating with counterparties, banks, administrators, and internal teams
Project, prepare, and analyze daily derivative margin calls
Partner closely with internal colleagues and external counterparties to keep processes moving smoothly
Build working knowledge of trading strategy, operations, and common cash flows
Assist with review of monthly shareholder statements
Support additional operational, recordkeeping, and data processing needs as assigned
Required Qualifications
3 to 5 years of relevant operational experience, ideally including reconciliation and custody exposure
Direct experience with post trade derivative settlements and how these products settle operationally
Understanding of accounting controls as they relate to investment management operations
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in hedge fund or investment management environments
Prior exposure to derivative margining processes and daily collateral workflows
