Job Description

Pay Range: $20.00hr - $25.00hr

Job Overview:

The candidate will serve as a qualified resource responsible for delivering comprehensive desktop support services, maintaining hardware and software systems, and supporting end-users across the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate considerable knowledge of Microsoft Operating systems, including Windows 11 or higher, as well as MS Office, Outlook, and MS365.
  • Maintain considerable knowledge of PC hardware, peripherals, and networks.
  • Execute laptop refresh initiatives effectively.
  • Utilize software tools such as SCCM, Remote Desktop, and DameWare to remotely connect to workstations.
  • Apply excellent troubleshooting skills to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Perform software installations, configurations, and general hardware and software troubleshooting.
  • Demonstrate considerable knowledge of SCCM and SMS.
  • Maintain a strong working knowledge of computer systems, hardware, and software, including drivers and BIOS.
  • Apply excellent problem-solving, analytical, and teamwork skills.
  • Provide excellent customer service while demonstrating strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Run reports and analyze common complaints and technical problems.
  • Demonstrate the ability to obtain feedback from users to improve training methods.
  • Maintain an openness to learning new technologies.
