We're looking for a Senior Director of Sales to join our growing commercial organization and lead a team of Account Executives across key holding companies in Chicago as well as the larger territory of Minneapolis and Wisconsin. Reporting to the VP of Sales, this highly visible leadership role will drive regional revenue growth, expand strategic partnerships, and coach a high-performing sales team responsible for a significant portion of the business.
The ideal candidate is a proven revenue and people leader with deep expertise across the programmatic ecosystem, including Managed Service, PMPs, Hybrid, CTV, OLV, and Display, along with strong agency and brand relationships. This person will play a critical role in shaping market strategy, growing market share, strengthening executive partnerships, and fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture.

In support of pay transparency and equity, the minimum and maximum full-time annual base salary for this role is $160,000 - $200,000 at the time of posting. While this is our reasonable expectation this is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, actual compensation is influenced by a wide range of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, education, certifications, responsibility, and geographic location. Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location.
