Job Description
- Lead electrical design activities from concept through qualification and production
- Develop analog, digital, power electronics, and embedded hardware solutions
- Perform root cause investigations and technical troubleshooting
- Support requirements development, verification, validation, and testing
- Collaborate closely with engineering, operations, quality, and business teams
- Generate technical reports, design documentation, and customer deliverables
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to less experienced engineers
- Drive product performance, reliability, manufacturability, and cost objectives

The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline
- 8+ years of electrical engineering experience
- Experience with analog and digital circuit design
- Strong understanding of hardware development and system integration
- Background in aerospace, defense, electronics, or other regulated industries
- Experience supporting complex product development programs
What's On Offer
- Competitive salary ranging from $150,000 to $175,000 per year.
