Senior Equipment Engineer

• Own equipment performance, reliability, OEE, and continuous improvement.
• Analyze downtime and production data to identify issues and improvement opportunities.
• Lead equipment improvement projects involving mechanical, tooling, fixturing, and layouts.
• Create and maintain CAD designs/drawings — CAD is a must-have.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and controls issues using root-cause analysis.
• Support equipment installation, commissioning, FAT/SAT, and production ramp-up.
• Optimize equipment parameters and station configurations.
• Provide hands-on manufacturing floor support and prevent recurring issues.

• 5+ years of equipment/manufacturing engineering experience; 7+ preferred.
• Bachelor’s in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Robotics, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• Strong manufacturing equipment experience, especially furnaces and robotic equipment; experience with web/powder handling, mixers, resistance welders, or laminators is a plus.
• Strong hands-on troubleshooting and system-ownership experience.
• Ability to identify root causes and resolve issues under production pressure.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with Controls, Manufacturing, Quality, and Operations teams.
