Bachelor's Degree in Telecommunications, Mechanical, or Structural Engineering, or related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
BICSI - RCDD, DCDC certifications or relevant experience
5+ years of experience in field engineering services for data centres and/or multi-site/branch environments
Experience managing quality across the full project lifecycle, from design review through installation validation and defect remediation
Possess excellent communication skills, problem solving, attention to detail, root cause analysis experience, and ability to maintain high quality standards
English fluency
Up to 50% travel regionally
Able to support cutovers on nights/weekends as required
