    Amazon's North American Customer Fulfillment (NACF) Finance is looking for a Senior Finance Analyst to be the trusted finance partner supporting finance transformation initiatives.     Key job responsibilities

    Business Finance Support:

    Leverage operations finance expertise to develop NA transformation roadmaps and strategies. Partner with cross-functional teams on process/product requirements. Provide analytical insights and recommendations to leadership. Identify opportunities to optimize finance tools and processes.

    Controllership:

    Lead reporting on NA transformation initiatives, including success metrics and risk assessment. Resolve complex data integrity issues through stakeholder collaboration. Design and implement scalable, auditable data analysis processes.

    Communication:

    Communicate financial data effectively through active listening and audience-appropriate delivery. Build strategic partnerships with Finance Leaders, Operations Stakeholders, and Program/Product Managers.

    A day in the life

    As a Senior Finance Analyst in the NACF Finance Initiatives Team, you will work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. You'll partner with teams in NA, and EU to (1) form finance transformation strategy (2) define new product business requirements and features (3) hold teams accountable to delivering product roadmaps (4) lead implementation, change management and adoption of new tools and processes.

    Some travel may be required as part of this role.

    About the team

    This role will partner closely within finance teams in North America, Europe and Rest of World Under The Roof Operations Finance (CF, AMZL, NASC). This role plays a critical role in leading and implementing finance transformation strategy. This role will design, develop, and implement new tools and processes within finance to enable teams to manage pennies, and optimize dollars.
