Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, or a related field 3+ years of experience in a business-related function (including but not limited to: Finance, Contracts, Estimating, Procurement Financial Analysis, Business Operations, Supplier Management, Marketing & Sales) 3+ years of experience with the Microsoft Excel application using formulas, VLookups, pivot tables, charts, filters, and linking worksheets 3+ years of experience communicating to employees, customers, peers and multiple levels of leadership Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): 3+ years of experience presenting and communication data in Senior Leadership briefings Experience working in or supporting industrial engineering (IE) Experience using analytical, collaboration, communication, and organizational skills both virtually and in person Experience performing variance analysis Experience in leadership either formally or informally leading teams in a cross-functional environment Experience working in a challenging, fast-paced environment Experience with one or more of the following financial systems: Cognos, Interactive Reporting Environment (IRE), Enterprise Analysis System (EAS), Cost Schedule Performance Reporting (CSPR), Enterprise Planning and Analysis System (EPAS) Typical Education & Experience: Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Position Responsibilities: Act as the primary finance focal for 737 Quality organization and interface with the Senior Director, 737 Quality, and other management within the Quality team Manage the annual budgeting process, including monthly performance reporting, Opportunity & Risk (O&R), and annual budget development Coordinate with program customers and Financial Analysis Verticals (Labor, Non-Labor, and Indirect) to ensure accurate financial system inputs and conduct variance analysis Integrate with the 737 program Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and work with Financial Planning team Handle ad hoc requests, including executive reviews, support ratios, charge lines, etc.
