As our Senior Financial Analyst & Accountant, you'll play a critical role in supporting the financial health and sustainability of Make-A-Wish North Texas. You'll partner closely with the CFO on budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, reporting, and decision support while also contributing to accounting, payroll, audit, and compliance activities. This role is ideal for a finance professional who can communicate clearly with non-finance leaders, build strong working relationships across the organization, and confidently move between big-picture analysis and day-to-day financial operations.
