    Description

    Amazon Web Services (AWS) seeks a Senior Financial Analyst to lead Real Estate finance initiatives for the Data Center Real Estate finance team. This high-visibility role offers the opportunity to directly influence the financial strategy for AWS"s global data center expansion. This role will partner with senior leadership to drive month end close and planning activities, analyze real estate deal opportunities, and leverage financial analysis to make strategic decisions.

    Key job responsibilities

    • Lead strategic financial planning and analysis for complex business initiatives
    • Develop and implement financial strategies that support long-term business growth
    • Build and manage relationships with senior business partners
    • Provide financial oversight and guidance for major business decisions
    • Drive process improvements and automation initiatives
    • Establish and maintain robust financial controls and reporting mechanisms
