Sr. Financial Analyst

Salary: $85k-$100k
A well-established, mission-driven organization in the Dallas area is seeking a Sr. Financial Analyst to join their finance team. This role offers the opportunity to work directly alongside executive leadership and gain meaningful exposure to strategic financial operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, dashboards, and supporting schedules
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Support month-end close and account reconciliation processes
- Partner with leadership to provide financial insights and operational support
- Monitor financial performance and identify trends or discrepancies
- Maintain accuracy of financial records and internal reporting
- Assist with audit support, tax schedules, and compliance-related reporting
- Support process improvements across finance and reporting functions
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
- 3–5+ years of accounting, finance, or financial analysis experience
- Strong understanding of financial reporting and reconciliation processes
- Exposure to budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis preferred
- Advanced Excel skills required (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, reporting)
- Experience with financial/accounting systems preferred
- Strong communication skills and ability to partner with leadership
