Senior Financial Analyst

We’re seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join our growing team.

Responsible for the development, coordination, and analysis of operating metrics and new key performance indicators (KPIs) that measure team efficiency.  Provides insights and analysis for internal business stakeholders.

How you’ll make us better:

• Prepares financial and key operating metric reports
• Responsible for financial analysis and modeling
• Provides budget and forecasting for stakeholders
• Performs ad hoc analysis and project-based work

Your special skills:

• Strong attention to detail (tie-outs & checking figures)
• Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively with different levels of employees
• Ability to communicate effectively across the organization

Prerequisites for success:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business required
• Two (2) years of experience in a Finance or Accounting position required; Three (3) years preferred
• Advanced knowledge of Excel
• Intermediate knowledge of business intelligence software (PowerBI or similar tool)
• Advanced knowledge of financial modeling
• Basic understanding of GAAP (particularly as it relates to AR)
• Solid problem solving and analytical skills
