Senior Financial Analyst for Defense Manufacturing site

GNR has been retained by a growing DEFENSE / MILITARY MANUFACTURING organization in the Melbourne, FL region in need of an Finance LEADER. 

Due to rapid growth, we need an experience and motivated self-starter for this fast-paced manufacturing environment.

• Working closely with and reporting directly to the CFO, this is a “hands on & onsite” position wherein you will drive long range roadmap & quarterly forecasting, financial planning & modeling, and business analysis & operational performance.
• Proficient with Excel – Cost Accounting – Cost of Goods Sold
• Collaborate with all internal departments (Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain etc.) to analyze and forecast performance, identify and implement process & procedure improvements

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Minimum of 5 years Finance experience within a MANUFACTURING environment
• Good communications skills and ability to interact with Executive leadership, Board Members and Internal Department leaders.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance / Accounting
• Aerospace / Defense / Gov’t Finance exp. is a plus (DCAA, FMS, ITAR, FAR/DFARs)
• US Citizenship required
