The role provides leadership and technical oversight for the scheduling discipline across ESG programs, ensuring schedule integrity, process compliance, and cross-functional alignment, while managing employees, including first-level managers as needed, and building a disciplined, high-performing IP&S organization. Oversee the development, maintenance, and integration of program and portfolio schedules including IMS, detailed schedules, proposal schedules, baseline execution schedules, and in-work schedules across functions, product groups, suppliers, and partners.
