Senior HR Generalist

Serve as a primary HR resource for site leadership, managers, and employees, providing guidance on employee relations, performance management, workplace concerns, and HR policies.
Partner with managers through regular meetings, coaching, and consultation to address employee issues, improve performance, and support a positive workplace culture.
Manage complex employee relations matters, including workplace investigations, disciplinary actions, conflict resolution, and corrective action recommendations.
Oversee ADA accommodation requests and related claims, ensuring appropriate documentation, follow-up, and compliance with applicable employment laws.
Partner with the legal department on sensitive employee matters, investigations, and employment-related issues.
Provide support and guidance on FMLA, benefits, payroll, and other HR-related employee questions, partnering with centralized benefits and payroll teams as needed.
Collaborate with other HR team members and shared services personnel to ensure effective HR support and consistent processes across the organization.
Support onboarding activities and employee transitions in partnership with HR colleagues.
Assist with HR initiatives, policy implementation, compliance, and continuous improvement efforts.
Maintain a visible HR presence throughout the facility, supporting both hourly and salaried employees.
Provide occasional HR coverage and support for second-shift employees as business needs require.
